Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- Must have 3 to 5 years of Korea Financial Supervisor Service experience
- Must be able to read and understand FSS scope and requirement
- Hands on experience on FRD
- Most recent roles should be business analyst
- Good communication & coordination skills

Good-to-Have 
Good exposure to release and deployment activities

Key Expectations from the Role
1 Liaise with Biz to formalize high level requirements
2 Understand the Functional Requirement, document and explain to Developer
3 Create functional Features & User Stories with clear Acceptance criteria from high level requirements
4 Help in Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
5 End to end ownership for the developed application until it goes live in production
