People Experience Specialist [Global Luxury Lifestyle]
Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of company-wide compensation structures and performance-based reward programs.
- Operate and manage the full performance management cycle, including goal setting and People Review.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle: oversee pre-, on, and off operations and enhancements.
- Track probation evaluations and manage contract renewals or extensions across all divisions.
- Execute communications: draft and distribute announcements for on, internal transfers, and promotions.
- Support strategic projects and maintain updated policy documentation and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor`s Degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 5 years+ of relevant work experience in operations.
- Basic understanding of the employee lifecycle (On, Off, Probation, and Contracts).
- Familiarity with systems and internal communication tools.
- Strong ornizational skills with high attention to detail in data and documentation.

- Excellent communication and scheduling coordination abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with a service-oriented attitude toward internal stakeholders.
