Lead buying process - Manage seasonal Buying process of Women¡¯s universe (RTW, ACC) and merchandising initiatives to create compelling assortment - Review OTB, sales trend analysis, door cluster - Conduct regular market research & prepare competitive pricing and product request to maximize sales opportunity 2. Sales Analysis & In-season Management - Prepare weekly & monthly sales analysis report - Monitor business performance by category and interpret data to make pivotal merchandising decisions - Manage product deliveries and allocation to ensure that seasonal products are launched in stores in a timely manner - Monitor and manage seasonal stock level and work closely with HK Planning team to forecast the sales and probability for BSR - Manage internal Stock Transfer, stock re-balancing with relevant communications across the stores and HK Merch team to maximize sales 3. Team coordination & Training - Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Brand Image, Marketing, Retail to drive sales - Execute seasonal product trainings and educate/foster store staffs
