1. Position

- MSG Cartridge & Manifold Sales Engineer

 

2. Position Summary

- Responsible for direct OEM and Distributors sales of Hydraulic Cartridge & Manifold business for profitable growth.

- Develop business of Construction Equipment & Special Vehicle markets

- Responsible for profitable sales growth of Cartridge & Manifold products through Premier Customer Service, New Products, and New Sales Channel development

- Need a capability of market trend analyze, establish sales strategies, and mapping for new market & customer profiles

 

3. Essential Functions

- Responsible for the sales of Cartridge & Manifold both direct OEMs and distributors

- Executing sales plans & business strategic positioning

- Develop new business, customers and opportunities

- Research market trend & information and competitors activity to analyze the current & future market situation

- Monthly and quarterly reporting for Cartridge & Manifold business¡¯s application & products mapping by all of customers based on on-going & new projects

- Continually seek to promote new ideas and insights for profitable growth

 

4. Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is preferred

- At least +5 years sales experience working with Cartridge & Manifold business & Markets

- Project management experience

- Excellent communication skills with direct OEMs and distributors

- Positive thinking, proactive mind and interpersonal communication skills

- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

- Fluent spoken and written English skills
