Develop and execute integrated brand communication strategies across media, digital, PR, and promotions Lead localized marketing initiatives aligned with global strategy and best practices Drive consumer and retail activation programs across online and offline channels Partner closely with sales and trade marketing teams to support revenue growth and retail excellence Manage annual marketing budget and optimize ROI Deliver portfolio performance against P&L and market share targets Generate consumer insights and translate them into compelling brand messaging Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives Manage and maximize performance of external agencies Contribute to mid- to long-term brand growth strategy and annual business planning Potential to build and lead a team as the business expands [ ÀÚ°ÝÁ¶°Ç ]
15+ years of brand marketing experience Strong background in consumer goods, FMCG, home appliances, or highly competitive categories preferred Proven experience in integrated online/offline marketing and media management Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Fluent in Korean and English
