Consumer Experience Associate is responsible for planning, execution, & measurement of comprehensive direct to consumer experiences, including online & offline consumer journeys and digital marketing activation. The candidate will be expected to transform Consumer Experience Management strategies into a deployment roadmap and develop the mix of activities to support the company's objectives in line with Global Brand strategies & guidelines and legal requirements.

1) The key responsibilities of the position include building the strategies & activation plans on distinctive and engaging Consumer Engagement programs, development and implementation of Retail Strategy, eCRM Strategy and online & offline solutions of Consumer Care, with the support of Consumer Experience Manager, collaborating with relevant external agencies.

2) Other responsibilities include:
- Understanding the competitive landscape and closely monitoring industry trends in the RRP category.
- Responsible for building & implementing short/long-term holistic CEM strategy that is consumer-centric and keeps consumer journeys, touchpoints and activation mechanics up-to-date, relevant and effective.
- Manage the relevant external agencies and educate them on Category- Track and perform administrative tasks
related to budget

Knowledge of consumer experience best practices- Familiar with defining strategies, business planning, vendor management and budget management

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions
