- Support store teams in enhancing client experience and achieving sales performance
- Facilitate on-boarding of newcomers
- Facilitate Category Training
- Facilitate Learning of Coaching and Soft Skills for store management team
- Facilitate Observation and Problem Solving for store management team
- Client Experience Advocate (Voice and Mystery Shopping)
- Developing Field Coach

- Business English (Direct communication, codesign workshop with central inquired)

- Coaching certification as an advantage
