Overview of the role
This Manager leads a team of analysts in Compay¡¯s Seoul office, ensuring the delivery of high-quality local insights and compelling client narratives. This position emphasizes team management, operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative environment across cross-functional workflows. The Manager serves as a bridge between the team, Regional team, Client Support team, Foundational Data team, and other internal departments, and executes on organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

Key Job Details: 
Preferably someone who has managed and lead a team before (about 4-5 analyst)
Possess strong industry knowledge across FMCG (eg. food, beauty)
Experienced in client engagement and presentations 
Native Korean and fluency in business English to liaise with colleagues in regional counterparts
