About the Role

As a junior member of the Korea Beauty Category team and reporting into the Senior Category Manager who is responsible for KR Beauty business, this role executes marketing activities based on the Dyson Beauty strategy.

The Dyson category team is responsible for a category business from its top-bottom line. The role of the Category Executive Hair Care is beyond branding, product marketing, or marketing communication, it is expected to develop strategy with deep understanding of market, competitions, retail, and customers and then lead execution working with a wide range of stakeholders not only in the marketing team but also with logistics, sales, finance, etc. The team needs to work as a true business leader for the business.

The Senior Category Executive, Hair Care will work together with the Beauty Category Team and with the Group (Global Category Team) in the below areas.
