MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure that compensation and benefits programs support the organization¡¯s business objectives and comply with all legal requirements.
- Oversee compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design, and analysis.
- Manage the annual salary review process and prepare compensation packages for job offers.
- Review and reconcile monthly payroll in close coordination with the payroll vendor, and provide payroll data by cost center to Finance on a monthly basis.
- Manage the annual budgeting process, provide monthly personnel cost analysis, and communicate with HQ as needed.
- Administer and maintain compensation and benefits data using the Success Factors system and other related tools, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Perform monthly labor cost closing and prepare required documentation for financial audits.
- Provide relevant documents and data for labor office inspections and audits as required.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor¡¯s degree required.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR in C&B (experience in a multinational company and/or retail industry preferred).
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office) and strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English required.
