Drive sales and profitability across Wholesale, Travel Retail, E-commerce, and CRC channels
Achieve turnover and operating profit targets for assigned channels
Negotiate annual agreements, commercial terms, marketing investments, and growth plans with business partners
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand distribution
Develop and implement channel-specific growth strategies based on market insights and performance analysis
Monitor sell-out performance at POS level and identify risks and opportunities proactively
Create and execute action plans to improve store productivity and underperforming locations
Plan and manage sales activation initiatives such as promotions, in-store events, clienteling programs, training, and incentives
Support local partner marketing initiatives in line with brand and commercial objectives
Ensure strong in-store execution including visual merchandising, product presentation, storytelling, and customer experience
Conduct regular store visits to review KPIs, operational readiness, and competitor activity
Oversee channel operations including assortment planning, stock allocation, replenishment, order management, delivery follow-up, credit management, and after-sales coordination
Monitor E-commerce and CRC performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion, service quality, and customer retention
Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth commercial execution
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and analyze key performance indicators including sales, stock cover, and store productivity
Provide actionable recommendations based on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis
[ ÀÚ°ÝÁ¶°Ç ]

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar commercial, retail performance, or sales role within the luxury goods industry
Strong understanding of wholesale and travel retail environments; E-commerce experience is a plus
Hands-on experience in store performance management and sales activation planning
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales reporting and forecasting
Commercial mindset with solid negotiation and partner management skills
Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating cross-functionally
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
