Job Overview:
This position is responsible for overall construction management at sites where Otis elevators are installed. You will coordinate closely with customers, field partners (installation contractors), and Otis sales representatives, overseeing the entire process from pre-construction meetings through final handover.

Work Flow:
Pre-Construction Meeting (Approximately 2 months before start)
- Conduct advance discussions with customers regarding installation details, assembly work, and construction schedules.
- Construction Preparation (Approximately 1 month before start)
Hold site meetings with field partners (installation contractors).
- Arrange necessary equipment and resources for the site.
- Construction Start and Execution
Once construction begins, manage progress across assigned sites.
- For large-scale projects, on-site presence may be required.
Handover
- Perform final inspections prior to customer handover to ensure the product operates correctly and without malfunction.
- Deliver safe and reliable products to customers.

The overall process from pre-meeting to handover typically takes approximately 3–4 months.

Education / Industry Experience:

- No educational background or industry experience required

Required:
- Valid driver’s license (automatic transmission accepted)
- At least 1 year of construction management experience

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with machinery or equipment installation (e.g., air conditioning systems)
- Experience in facilities-related work
- Welding experience
- Electrician certification
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems
