We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Sales professional responsible for elevators and escalators (Otis-manufactured products), which are essential infrastructure supporting urban life. Otis not only manufactures and sells elevators, but also provides maintenance services after installation—this is a critical part of our business.
Leveraging our long history and accumulated technological expertise, we propose maintenance contracts and modernization projects at appropriate pricing to ensure customers can use elevators and escalators safely and with peace of mind. This role, known as Maintenance Sales, contributes to revenue growth through three key responsibility areas: maintaining the existing portfolio, acquiring new business, and selling modernization and repair services as needed.
Key Responsibilities: - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and manage the elevator portfolio - Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner - Develop sales channels for repair and modernization projects through networking and bidding opportunities - Create and execute independent sales strategies to achieve sales targets while ensuring profitability - Effectively track opportunities and pipelines and forecast sales results using company sales tools Conduct sales negotiations, close deals, and ensure adherence to payment deadlines - Collaborate with team members, including other sales colleagues and on-site staff

- High school diploma or above - Experience in sales of technical products requiring consultative selling - Strong customer- and service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills - High level of commitment, reliability, and motivation to achieve results - Able to perform in a results-driven environment while maintaining momentum within a large corporate organization
