2. Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, you will manage end-to-end indirect purchasing operations for our business units, factories, and offices in Korea.
• End-to-End Operations: o Review and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR), coordinating specifications and budgets with business units. o Plan and execute tendering processes to select optimal suppliers through comparative quote analysis. o Execute unit price and annual contracts, collaborating with Legal and Finance for term reviews. o Monitor delivery timelines and process payments upon successful inspection.
• Strategy & Planning: o Establish and enhance efficient indirect procurement processes, policies, and guidelines. o Develop and manage a high-quality vendor pool across categories such as IT, Marketing, HR, General Affairs, and Facilities.
• Value Creation: o Perform spend analysis to identify cost-reduction opportunities through strategic initiatives like volume consolidation. o Conduct regular Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) including performance evaluations and risk management. 3. Requirements • Experience: At least 3 years of purchasing or related commercial experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Core Competencies: o Solid foundation in purchasing know-how and strong negotiation skills. o Proficiency in data analysis, coordination, and reporting. o Essential interpersonal skills including communication, teamwork, and a strategic mindset.
