회사의 전반적인 A&R 방향성을 설정하고 리딩. 유능한 아티스트를 발굴 및 계약하는 것부터 아티스트의 창의적인 결과물을 구체화하는 것까지 전 과정을 총괄.
단순히 음악 소스를 찾는 수준을 넘어, 뛰어난 창의적 판단력과 리더십, 그리고 아티스트·프로듀서·작곡가 간의 의미 있는 네트워크를 구축하는 능력이 요구 되어짐. A&R 팀을 관리하고 발매 파이프라인을 추진하며, 문화적 트렌드를 선도하는 동시에 상업적으로 성공적인 음악을 선보이는 데 핵심적인 역할을 수행.

주요 업무 (Responsibilities)
- 방향성 설정: 회사 목표에 부합하는 전반적인 A&R 방향 및 우선순위 수립
- 팀 리딩: A&R 팀 관리 및 창의적·실무적 측면의 가이드라인 제공
- 아티스트 발굴: 장기적 잠재력을 지닌 아티스트 식별 및 계약 체결
- 크리에이티브 디렉팅: 아티스트와 긴밀히 협력하여 사운드, 컨셉, 전반적인 창의적 방향성 정립
- 네트워크 관리: 프로듀서, 작곡가, 업계 파트너와의 지속적인 교류를 통해 우수한 곡 수급 및 협업 기회 창출
- 인재 육성: 신진 프로듀서 및 작가 등 새로운 인재를 지속적으로 발굴하고 육성
- 제작 관리: 녹음 프로젝트 및 스튜디오 세션을 감독하여 창의적 품질과 작업 효율성 보장
- 프로젝트 총괄: 여러 프로젝트와 발매 일정을 동시에 관리하며 모든 결과물의 높은 수준 유지
- 부서 간 협업: 마케팅, 디지털 등 내부 팀과 파트너십을 구축하여 원활한 앨범 발매 실행
- 트렌드 분석: 음악 및 문화 트렌드를 예리하게 파악하고 이를 실질적인 A&R 전략으로 변환


- Set the overall A&R direction and priorities in line with the company’s goals
- Lead and manage the A&R team, providing guidance on both creative and executional aspects
- Identify and sign artists with strong long-term potential
- Work closely with artists to shape their sound, concept, and overall creative direction
- Stay actively connected with producers, songwriters, and industry partners to bring in strong material and collaboration opportunities
- Continuously source and develop new talent, including emerging producers and writers
- Oversee recording projects and studio sessions to ensure both creative quality and efficiency
- Manage multiple projects and releases at the same time, maintaining a high standard across all
- Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Digital, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of releases
- Keep a close eye on music and cultural trends, and translate them into actionable A&R direction)

[자격요건]

경력: 경력 5년↑
학력: 대졸
직무기술: Head of A&R, Creative

- 경력: A&R 분야에서의 풍부한 경험 및 성공적인 릴리즈 실적(Track Record) 보유

- 시장 이해도: 국내외 음악 산업에 대한 깊은 이해

- 음악적 식견: 다양한 음악 장르와 최신 트렌드에 대한 폭넓은 지식

- 제작 지식: 음악 제작 및 녹음 프로세스에 대한 탄탄한 이해

- 현장 역량: 스튜디오 환경에서의 원활한 작업 및 세션 관리 능력

- 네트워크: 프로듀서, 작곡가, 아티스트와의 강력한 네트워크 보유

- 리더십: 팀을 이끄는 동시에 필요 시 실무에 직접 참여(Hands-on)할 수 있는 능력

- 멀티태스킹: 급변하는 환경에서 여러 우선순위를 효율적으로 관리하는 능력

- 커뮤니케이션: 뛰어난 소통 능력 및 협업 중심의 사고방식

- Strong experience in A&R with proven track record of successful releases

- Deep understanding of the music industry, both locally and globally
