* MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES• Conduct in-store coaching sessions and record activities in E-learning.• Manage attendance records and collect participant feedback.• Track training status by store and training reports.• Monitor training completion rates and prepare reports.• Provide instructions for extracting store-specific training reports and managing reporting processes.• Register training results and completion status in E-learning• Deliver offline/online product training session.• Create and distribute training materials (Workbooks, Coaching guides, Training videos).* REQUIREMENTS• 3+ years¡¯ experience in retail training, learning & development preferably in luxury or fashion retail• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and Client-telling practices• Proven track record in training delivery, coaching, and onboarding programs• Proficient in e-learning systems, reporting tools, and MS Office• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and Korean
