* MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct in-store coaching sessions and record activities in E-learning.
• Manage attendance records and collect participant feedback.
• Track training status by store and training reports.
• Monitor training completion rates and prepare reports.
• Provide instructions for extracting store-specific training reports and managing reporting processes.
• Register training results and completion status in E-learning
• Deliver offline/online product training session.
• Create and distribute training materials (Workbooks, Coaching guides, Training videos).


* REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years¡¯ experience in retail training, learning & development preferably in luxury or fashion retail
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and Client-telling practices
• Proven track record in training delivery, coaching, and onboarding programs
• Proficient in e-learning systems, reporting tools, and MS Office
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and Korean
