⚫ Position summary:
- Following the guidance of the plant manager, prepare/review/update the relevant documents for operation as like operation manual, procedure, documents in relation with EHSQ (Target/Activity, training, MOC, PSM, etc.)

- To make continuous improvement current processes and manage the industrial manufacturing excellence projects, assist production manager to achieve the target with technical support in order to ensure the competitiveness and sustainability of the production.

- Perform capital projects, process safety review regularly, keep production history/records, plan supply of raw materials for plant operation and review/report the operation performance with AE, monthly closing data timely to production manager.

⚫ Main Tasks:
- Ensuring compliance with EHS regulation, quality standards and company policies
- Prepare and follow up plant safety, environmental and RC activity

- Prepare and update the relevant documents for EHSQ activity
- Accident/incident investigation and corrective measures
- Update production KPIs (EHSQ, 5S, AE, OpEx, etc.)

- Make sure shut down (annual T/A) are done safety
- Prepare and review all safety and environmental audit (PSM, RC, EAA, EPD Stature, ISO)
- Monitor toxic and hazardous material as a supervisor and report to production manager

- Update and maintain the latest version of P&ID, operation manual and procedure

- Monitor production operation and report to plant/production manager including AA & DBA qualities and WWTU & utilities
- Manage the latest version of BOM, resource, master recipe and production version in SAP

- Coordinate closely with EHSQ, purchasing, Supply chain, quality control, maintenance and process to ensure the communication flows and production schedule

- Perform process troubleshooting, prepare/implement countermeasures and reporting

- Improve production process including WWTU & utilities

- Support to production manager for shift operator training with operation, safety, environment and quality issue

- Make a good communication with shifts by making good harmony

- CapEx management (Operation cost reduction, energy efficiency and EHSQ improvement project)
