- - Develop and implement an integrated product strategy for the assigned category (Skincare/Makeup/Fragrance),rooted in a deep understanding of luxury consumer trends and competitive dynamics.
- - Manage P&L for the assigned category, optimizing marketing PLV and budget allocation to achieve Top-line and Bottom-line targets.
- - Leverage consumer insights and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and inform long-term
brand strategy
2. 360¡Æ Campaign Orchestration
- - Lead and integrate end-to-end campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all consumer touchpoints (Digital, Media, CRM, Retail, E-com).
- - Drive O+O (Offline to Online) synergy, working closely with cross-functional teams (Communication, E-commerce, Commercial) to maximize recruitment and retention.
- - Adapt global DMI assets with local relevancy to resonate with the Korean market.
- - Analyze campaign KPIs and ROI rigorously, sharing actionable insights with key stakeholders for continuous optimization.
3. Product Lifecycle & Forecast Management
- - Ensure high forecast accuracy for new and existing products, managing healthy inventory levels (saleable, testers, and samples) in collaboration with SCM.
- - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide proactive recommendations on product portfolio management.
- - People & Stakeholder Management
- - Talent Development: Manage and mentor a team of 2 PMs and an assistant, fostering a culture of excellence and career growth.

- Education: University Graduate (MBA is a plus)
- Years of experience: +7-10 years of experience in Marketing
- Experience: Proven track record in the luxury beauty
- Strong experience in Digital-first 360¡Æ campaign management and O+O strategies
- Languague: Fluent in both Korean and English (Essential for Global & Zone collaboration)
