[Tasks]

1.     New Launch & 360¡Æ Marketing Strategy

  1. - Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  2. - Scientific Communication & Medicalization: Develop and execute 360¡Æ integrated marketing programs (On & Off-line) including medical-led initiatives to ensure a consistent and engaging consumer brand experience.
  3. - Launch Excellence: Lead all aspects of local product development and launch plans, from concept localization to retail pricing strategy.
  4. - Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign results and ROI for key pillar products, sharing actionable insights with stakeholders to optimize future strategies.


2.     Product Lifecycle, Forecast & Business Management

  1. - Demand Planning: Responsible for precise sales forecasting and inventory management (saleable, testers, and samples) to ensure healthy stock levels and KPI achievement.
  2. - Portfolio Optimization: Orchestrate the product lifecycle including promotional set, and phase-out plans.
  3. - Operation Excellence: Coordinating with the SCM to ensure product availability in alignment with the marketing calendar.


3.      Communication skills

  1. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with SCM, Sales, Digital Communication, Merchandising, RA, and Legal teams to align on business priorities.
  2. - Stakeholder Management: Present clear business cases and strategies to local and regional management.
  3. - Entrepreneurial Ownership: A proactive problem-solver with an agile mindset, capable of managing priorities effectively in a fast-evolving market.

[Requirements]

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Years of Experience: +4-5 years
  • Experience: 
    • +3-5 years solid marketing experience in a consumer brand (Preferably in beauty industry)
    • Proactive and solution oriented, strong planning and project management skills
    • Good time management, ability to deliver under pressure and to tight deadlines
    • Creative and communicative, collaborative, curious and take initiatives
    • High level of attention to detail
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
