- Product Strategy & Management:
- - Develop and implement the overall product strategy for the assigned category, aligning it with broader business objectives and market trends.
- - Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis and consumer insights gathering to identify growth opportunities and inform product strategy.
- - Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.
- Marketing & Campaign Management:
- - Lead the development and execution of 360∑ integrated marketing campaigns (IMC/Digital/Retail) across all consumer touchpoints.
- - Manage campaign budgets, track performance against KPIs, and optimize ROI.
- - Develop compelling marketing materials, including digital assets and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
- Inventory Management & Forecasting:
- - Collaborate with the demand planning team to develop accurate sales forecasts and manage inventory levels.
- - Minimize stock-outs and obsolescence while ensuring optimal product availability across all channels.
- Budget & Cost Control:
- - Manage the budget for the assigned category, including expense tracking and variance analysis.
- - Negotiate with vendors and agencies to secure favorable pricing and maximize cost efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- - Build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, RA, DP to ensure seamless product launch execution.
- - Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.

- Education: University graduate
- Years of Experience: 3-6 years
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-years’ experience in cosmetic industry
- Deep Understanding of the Korean Beauty Landscape
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal
- Language: Business Fluency in Korean and English
