INPSIRE Entertainment Resort 의 Facility Management & Engineering팀에서 Splash Bay 내의 Ride 시설들의 Engineering 및 안전관리를 담당해주실 Ride Engineering Supervisor를 채용합니다. 워터 파크 및 테마파크 등의 관련 유원 시설 등에서 주 업무로 최소 1년 이상, 총 경력 3년 이상 경력자 중, 각 분야 중 1개 이상 자격증 보유하여(기계/전기전자/안전관리) 테마파크시설업 안전관리자 선임 자격을 갖춘 이에 한하여 지원 가능하며, 워터 슬라이드 관련 시설물 담당자는 우대합니다. 시설물 관리와 관련된 관공서와의 각종 커뮤니케이션은 물론, 시설물 유지보수와 관련된 다양한 Stakeholder들과의 Communication을 담당합니다. 오픈 전 사전 시설물 점검을 위해 교대로 오전/오후 근무 가능하신 분에 한하여 지원 가능합니다. 자세한 사항은 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.



Position Summary

You will be responsible for the Ride Engineering function, with a primary focus on safety management for all ride facilities. This includes overseeing the operation and maintenance of ride systems in Splash Bay and across the Resort, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting necessary reports for internal management and relevant local government authorities. In this role, you will report to the Assistant Manager and Manager.



Key Objective:

• Manage the responsible rides to keep operating safely and effectively

• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and any other necessary planned preventative maintenance activity performed by assigned team

• Manage all the Health and Safety elements of ride maintenance work and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulation

• Diagnoses system failure and provide immediate and corrective action



Scope and Responsibilities:

• Supervise all personnel in assigned trades areas; duties include planning, scheduling, organizing, and directing work and training of technicians

• Ensure daily work order clearly cascades to assigned team and check all necessary safety measure in place

• Supervise all ride attraction area including facilities maintenance

• Conduct safety training for attraction operators and lifeguards.

• Monitor jobs to ensure quality and compliance with job standards

• Coordinate activities with other trades areas and outside contractors

• Ensure that all maintenance activities follow the INSPIRE resort and local government legal requirement

• Develop a good working relationship with all the departments’ personnel, external contractors, suppliers, and customers

• Ensure that all maintenance-related risk assessments are completed and reviewed in line with company policies and that they are of a suitable and sufficient standard

• Keep tools, machines, and all other company equipment in clean and good working conditions

• Responsible for the efficient operations of the mechanical workshop and stockroom facility to include all personnel, inventory control, work order

• Planning purchasing tools, equipment, and supplies



Background and Experience:

• Over 3 years’ experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance experience

• Experience in theme park, resort, attraction required

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office products

• Demonstrated ability to manage a large volume of work effectively and efficiently

• Proficiency in English is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement

• Requires a valid ride attraction license by local law


Education:


• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Diploma in Engineering or related field preferred


Work Environment:


• Various inside and outside locations with varying temperatures and floor surfaces.

• Exposed to wet and/or humid conditions


Other Requirements:

• Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.

• Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests

• Must be willing to work various shifts and flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends to support the operations.

• Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.

• Must be willing to travel, including extended trips, frequently (해외여행에 결격 사유가 없는자에 한함)

• Must meet the legal qualification requirements to be appointed as an Attraction Safety Manager
