Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration is required.
Master’s degree in finance or business administration is required.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required.
A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a global organization is required.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial controlling–related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of finance experience in the automotive industry is required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are highly required.
Strong understanding of ERP applications and IFRS is highly required.
Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to stay constantly abreast of changes; strong team player.
Strategic and analytical thinking, performance-driven mindset, and strong organizational skills are highly required.
Open-minded with a strong character and an innovative approach to achieve quick solutions and results.
Fluency in English is required; professional-level Korean proficiency is preferred.
