Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Systems Analyst to join our in-house team and support both Finance and Supply Chain functions. This role will be responsible for working with an implementation partner on a new Netsuite ERP implementation, and the ongoing support and maintenance of the ERP solution moving forward.
The ideal candidate has strong functional expertise in Finance and SCM processes, can translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions, and thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
This role is part of the IT organization and serves as a key bridge between business stakeholders and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
NetSuite Implementation & Configuration
• Serve as the internal NetSuite functional expert for Finance and SCM during implementation and beyond.
• Collaborate with our implementation partner to ensure business requirements are accurately captured, evaluated, and delivered.
• Configure NetSuite modules including:
o Finance: GL, AP/AR, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Credit & Collections, Financial Reporting
o SCM: Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Item Master, Demand/Supply Planning, BOMs/Routing (if applicable)
• Map and document workflows, approvals, and business rules across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes.
• Support master data governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity across Finance and Supply Chain
Post–Go-Live Support & Continuous Improvement
• Provide day-to-day functional support to Finance and SCM users.
• Troubleshoot issues, validate configurations, enhance processes, and drive continuous system optimization.
• Maintain and improve dashboards, saved searches, financial reports, and SCM analytics.
• Ensure access controls and security roles follow proper governance and segregation-of-duties practices.
• Train end users and develop user documentation for new functionality.
• Assist with user access setup and basic role maintenance
• Support SOX compliance activities related to ERP processes and system controls.
Testing, Data, and Integrations
• Lead functional testing activities including UAT planning, execution, and sign-off.
• Support data migration activities: mapping, validation, cleanup, and reconciliation.
• Assist with integration design and support connections with 3rd party applications (banking, blackline, exchange rate provider, expense systems, etc.).

Qualifications
• 5+ years implementing, supporting, or administrating ERP solutions (Netsuite preferred).
• Participation in at least one full ERP implementation cycle (Preferred).
• Experience in a manufacturing or inventory-driven environment (Preferred).
• Hands-on Accounting or Finance experience (GL, AP/AR, Budgeting, Cost/Standard Costing, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Credit & Collections, Reporting).
• Strong SCM process understanding (Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management).
• Expertise building Saved Searches, KPIs, Dashboards, and Reports.
• Experience working with implementation partners or consulting teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Global Organizations
• Proficiency in English (Preferred).
