담당업무
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including licensing, publishing, service, employment, and investment contracts
• Provide practical legal advice and conduct research on various legal and regulatory matters
• Lead and support M&A transactions and investment projects
• Advise and support overseas subsidiaries on legal and compliance matters
• Manage disputes and coordinate dispute resolution strategies
• Manage and coordinate external counsel
• 라이센싱, 퍼블리싱, 용역, 고용, 투자계약 등 다양한 상업 계약의 작성, 검토 및 협상
• 다양한 법률 및 규제 이슈에 대한 리서치 및 실무 자문 제공

• 해외 자회사 관련 법률 및 컴플라이언스 이슈 자문 및 지원

자격요건
• Qualified to practice law in the U.S. or another common law jurisdiction
• Up to 5 years of post-qualification experience
• Fluent in both English and Korean (written and spoken)
• 미국 또는 기타 보통법 국가 변호사 자격 보유자
• 변호사 취득 후 5년 이하 경력 (대리~과장급)
• 영어 및 한국어 능통자 (구두 및 서면)
