[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Sales Strategy - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales, margin, and growth targets - Develop sales plans to optimize sales potential and achieve business plans. Prioritize & focus the energy on aligning sales execution with country business goals - Lead to deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all sales channels. - Closely monitor, analyze, and evaluate competitors¡¯ sales & distribution actions & development. - Ensure the timeline and reasonable accuracy of sales forecasts developed by the sales team. - Set up the budget by communication with Local/Region related teams for the budget based on market situation. - Build the strategy to reach the target by each channel of DC, Affiliates, Direct Boutiques, Outlets, Travel retails, and Wholesales - Closely monitor, analyze, and evaluate competitors¡¯ sales & distribution actions & development. - Identify risk and opportunity to overcome the challenge of market
O Channel management and business development. - Build channel strategies for DC (Department Corner), Affiliates, Direct Boutiques, Outlets, Travel retails, and Wholesales. - Retail management - oversee daily operations of all retail stores; ensure excellence in customer experiences in all retail touchpoints; monitor detailed store KPIs; manage negotiations with department stores on commissions, fees, and space allocations and zone positioning, etc.; Build and manage store manager talent pool. - Wholesale management – manage key wholesale accounts and ensure strong sell-in & sell-through performance; acquire new wholesale accounts to expand distribution channels and increase overall sales contribution. - On-going review of our distribution efficiencies, geographical coverage, account selection & segmentation. Recommend short- & long-term strategies to optimize sales potential - Explore, identify, negotiate, and set up new channels/outlets within the DDI guidelines to develop new businesses and ensure adequate coverage. - Serve as the key contact point between the trade and the company. - Devise appropriate tools & reports to track & evaluate sales performance by channels/outlets. - Support the implementation of all agreed strategies that require involvement of trade partners & retail outlets. - Lead on-going review our distribution efficiencies, geographical coverage, account selection & segmentation and recommend short & long term strategies to optimize sales potentials - Generate best solutions based on knowledge, relationship and negotiation power with partners - Make a decision and set up the seamless strategy for all kinds of channels which are Concession, AF, TR, Online and Wholesale, etc. - Find the solution by the contingency plan and market development.
O Cross functional teamwork and collaboration - Focus & consensus on the forward planning process within the team and communicate with other functions and make commitment consistent. - To find the solution, communicate with all across functions for Product buying, SCM, MKT and HR. - Work with marketing to drive traffic, clienteling, CRM programs, and retail events. - Ensure consistent brand image and customer communication across all retail touchpoints. - Ensure maintaining appropriate inventory levels that maximize sales opportunities without creating excess stock. - Find the optimal points to maximize efficiency with related resources.
O Lead and develop people - Build focus on key business objectives and prioritize the people¡¯s development needs. - Lead and motivate the sales team to execute the sales plans and achieve the sales targets. - Initiate and develop a monitoring system to assess, evaluate, and manage the productivity of the sales team. - Identify training needs & collaborate with HR leaders on training & development programs for Customer Relations as well as retail sales staff.

Minimum 20 years of experience with managerial level experiences in sales with

Sales experience for 15 years or above -
Fashion & Retail Sales experience -
Strong relationships with department stores and retail/wholesale partners
strongly preferred. -
In-depth expertise in sales activity planning

Expertise in nurturing customer relationships, adding and creating values. -
Relevant Product management knowledge, particularly product and market life
cycle management, and seasonality considerations -
Expert in forecast & sales math concept
