[모집부문]

기계설계 엔지니어 (Junior R&D)

[담당업무]

-반도체 검사장비 기계 시스템 및 부품의 설계 및 개발
-부품 및 조립품에 대한 상세 2D 도면 작성 및 3D CAD 모델링
-공차 분석, 메커니즘 설계 및 구조적 검증 수행
-시스템 통합을 위해 타 부서(전자, 소프트웨어, 공정 엔지니어)와 협업
-성능, 신뢰성 및 원가 절감을 위한 기존 설계 분석 및 개선
-업계 표준, 안전 요구 사항 및 고객 사양 준수 보장
-BOM(자재명세서), 도면, 보고서를 포함한 기술 문서 작성 및 유지 관리

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for semiconductor test handlers.
• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D CAD models for parts and assemblies
• Perform tolerance analysis, mechanism design, and structural validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams(electrical, software, and process engineers) to ensure seamless system integration.
• Analyze and improve existing designs for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including BOMs, drawings and reports.

[자격요건]

-기계공학 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위 소지자
-SolidWorks(솔리드웍스) 사용 숙련자 (1년 이상 필수)
-영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자
**반도체 검사장비 설계 경험자 우대

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in mechanical design
• Proficiency in SolidWorks is required.
• Strong communication skills in English; Korean language proficiency is preferred
• Experience in semiconductor equipment or test handler design is highly preferred.
