[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] ¢Ã´ã´ç¾÷¹« The Legal Team aims to be a business-minded legal organization that understands the pharmaceutical industry, meets global legal standards, and fulfills the responsibilities of a listed company The Legal Team oversees international and domestic legal affairs, compliance matters, and board secretariat functions to support the Company¡¯s regulated and global business operations Beyond providing legal advice, the Legal Team works closely with business units, including R&D, Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams The team supports key strategic decisions and global initiatives
- Global Transactions and Contractual Support Review, draft, and negotiate license in / license out agreements, cross border M&A, investments, and strategic alliance agreements on a project basis Review a wide range of agreements on a daily basis, including but not limited to co-development and collaboration, supply, distribution, and service agreements Identify legal risks and propose practical, business oriented solutions, including alternative approaches where legal risks are identified Support internal decision making with balanced and commercially sound legal judgment
- Foreign Law Advisory and Regulatory Awareness Research and analyze foreign laws and regulations relevant to overseas operations Advise internal stakeholders on the legal implications of international business activities Monitor regulatory developments and identify and flag potential legal risks
- Global and Domestic Compliance Support Advise on global compliance matters and provide legal input on compliance risks related to global sales, marketing, and third party engagements Support alignment among overseas regulatory requirements, domestic compliance obligations, and group level (e.g., SK Group) compliance policies Assist in the development and implementation of internal compliance guidelines and programs
- Litigation / Dispute Support Support the handling of potential or ongoing disputes, including coordination with external counsel Assist in legal risk assessment and dispute prevention strategies
- Other Responsibilities Coordinate with international law firms and external counsel, including management of legal workstreams Assist in developing and maintaining standard contract templates and internal legal guidelines Report and escalate material legal issues to the Head of Legal / Legal Team in a timely manner Prepare internal legal analyses, summaries, and reports as required
¢ÃÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç [Çʼö ¿ä°Ç] - Education: J.D. or equivalent degree - Major : Law - Experience: 3–8 years of experience - Admission to practice in a foreign jurisdiction (e.g., U.S., U.K.) - Strong background in cross-border transactions and international contracts - Understanding of global compliance and regulatory frameworks - Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice - Effective communication skills with multinational and Korean headquarters teams - Fluent in Korean and English
[¿ì´ë ¿ä°Ç] - Experience at an international law firm or multinational in-house legal team - Experience in pharmaceutical / life sciences industry preferred
