Diploma in IT, bachelor¡¯s degree is a plus -
MCSE & CCNA licenses are plus -
At least 7 years of experience in managing an IT department -
Experience in IT helpdesk is required -
Knowledge of PC and Windows OS (Windows 7 is preferred) -
Good understanding for Microsoft active directory process & Domain network -
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Exchange -
Knowledge of server/network hardware -
Computer literate, fair command of spoken and written English
