Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy and Leadership
- Define and lead the company¡¯s e-commerce vision and long-term growth strategy
- Identify new digital commerce opportunities and business models
- Build and scale a high-performing e-commerce organization
- Drive innovation in digital channels, customer experience, and conversion strategy
Channel Ownership
- Own Amazon (1P/3P), DTC, and social commerce performance
- Lead expansion into new platforms such as TikTok Shop and emerging marketplaces
- Optimize channel mix, profitability, and customer acquisition strategy
Revenue and Performance Management
- Own e-commerce P&L and revenue growth targets
- Establish performance metrics and operating cadence
- Drive conversion, traffic growth, and digital merchandising excellence
- Improve operational efficiency and scalability
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams
- Align digital strategy with the overall company growth strategy
- Lead organizational capability building in digital commerce
Innovation and Transformation
- Introduce new ideas, technologies, and operating models
- Drive AI-enabled productivity and automation initiatives
- Challenge existing assumptions and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital business, or omnichannel retail
- Proven experience leading Amazon and DTC businesses
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, marketplace operations, and customer acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and operational excellence
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation

- Experience in consumer products, beauty, or DTC brands
- Experience launching new digital channels or marketplaces
