¢Â °æ·Â ¿ä°Ç • Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing preferred • 10+ years of experience in marketing, product management, category management, or business development • Experience in B2B foodservice, FMCG, dairy, bakery, café, dessert, beverage, or related food categories preferred • Strong understanding of B2B customer needs, distributor structure, channel dynamics, and product application • Experience in category P&L, pricing, portfolio management, and business case development • Experience working with external production partners, co-manufacturers, or collaboration partners preferred • Experience developing sales enablement tools, brand communication materials, and customer education content • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical skills, and cross-functional leadership • Business-level English communication skills • Japanese competency preferred
