[담당업무] - Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems (PLC-based control systems preferred such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)
- Experience working in manufacturing or plant environments (not commercial/service-only automation)
- Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve automation systems in a production setting
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to work in a greenfield / early-stage plant environment
- On-site availability in Songdo (fully site-based role)
O Essential Competencies and Experience:
- Experience in PLC programming, system commissioning, and automation troubleshooting
- Understanding of industrial control systems including PLC, HMI, SCADA
- Ability to support production efficiency, system optimization, and maintenance improvements
- Strong learning agility (training will be provided to adapt commercial automation experience into plant automation)
- Good communication skills to collaborate with global teams and internal stakeholders
O Special Actions Discussed:
- Industry is open (no strict target companies) – PLC experience is more important than industry background
- Candidates from commercial/service automation backgrounds can be considered if trainable
- Junior candidates (~3 years’ experience) preferred, but fresh graduates may be considered if strong motivation and learning mindset
