Job Description

[Compliance] 

• Conference Call : Region Office (HK)
• Region Reporting : Legal Matter / Risk Register/ PI Questionnaire / Whistle Blowing
• Group Online Training : Code of Conduct / AML/ CAP/ Conflict of Interest / Anti- Bribery / 개인정보보호/Fraud/ ECCTA 
• Client Acceptance Procedure (CAP)  

[Legal]  

• 계약서, CA(NDA), 공문 검토
• 법률 이슈 질의 응대 
• 소송지원 및 보전처분/ 강제집행 등 지원
• 그룹 및 사내 규정 검토 및 관리, 주요법률 개정내용 공지 등
• 기타 Compliance 이슈 (Risk Area , 그룹조항 검토) 
• 이사회 및 주총 의안 검토 / 법무법인 선정 등

Key Qualifications
- Lawyer`s license 

- 6 years of risk management and/or external or internal audit, compliance experience

- English proficiency

- Strategic, Analytical, Problem Solving Capabilities

- Ability to communicate and communicate with management and field staff at all levels

- Technology to develop solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Will be a plus

- Experience in the real-estate industry / Project (not mandatory)
