¢Â °æ·Â ¿ä°Ç • Professional Experience & Seniority: Minimum of 15+ years of commercial/sales experience within the FMCG or Beverage/Alcohol industry, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership or people-management role • Strategic Vision & GTM: Demonstrated success in designing and executing targeted commercial strategies, optimizing Route-to-Market (RTM), and expanding market share in competitive segments • Full P&L Ownership: Comprehensive experience in managing commercial P&L, top-line budget allocation, and profitability optimization at an executive/senior leadership level • Global Executive Communication (English): Flawless professional fluency in English. Must possess exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence global/regional executive leadership (HQ) and defend local business strategies • Agile People Management: Proven capability to manage, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales organization. Strong ability to drive a collaborative and results-oriented culture
¢Â ¿ì´ë»çÇ× • FMCG or Beverage/Alcohol Experience: Strong commercial background within the FMCG sector, with direct experience or a deep understanding of the Beverage/Alcohol industry (including On-trade and Off-trade channels) being a significant plus • Multinational Environment & Compliance: Prior experience operating within a global multinational corporation, with familiarity in handling complex distribution structures and compliance regulations within the consumer goods sector
