•Manage CRM analytics development, including operational reports and management dashboards
•Monitor and drive effective usage of clienteling tools (e.g., clienteling app) and ensure follow-up actions by stores
•Develop and manage VIP and loyalty programs, including program structure, customer benefits, partnerships, communication, and KPIs
•Manage promotion calendars aligning with overall marketing strategy
•Support digital marketing initiatives across social media, website, and eDM, ensuring integration with overall marketing strategy

-At least 5 years of experience with a loyalty program and customer relationship management for Officer position, 1-2 years of experience for Assistant position
-Solid hands-on experience VIP program management and customer loyalty development & implementation with accountable results
-Strong experience in CRM, clienteling, and retail campaign execution
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English & Korean
