- Oversee monthly and annual financial closing processes in collaboration with the Shared Service Center.
- Review financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow reporting, and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with regional and global finance teams on reporting requirements, accounting treatments, and financial issues.
- Support tax filings, tax audits, cost allocations, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls, compliance policies, and retail financial processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX reviews, and cost control initiatives.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and drive process improvement projects.
- Manage and optimize ERP and financial systems to enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and compliance-minded.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
