Senior Business Analyst – Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional (English & Korean Bilingual)

Location: Singapore / South Korea (or as applicable)
Experience: 10+ Years

Key Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Techno-Functional Consultant.
Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
Expertise in gathering business requirements, process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder management.
Hands-on techno-functional knowledge across Oracle Fusion modules such as:
Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
Procurement
Supply Chain (preferred)
HCM (preferred)
Experience with:
Oracle Fusion integrations
Reporting and analytics
Data migration and system enhancements
UAT, deployments, and post-production support
Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Language Requirements

Fluent English and Korean (mandatory).
Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and communicate with business stakeholders in both languages.
Responsibilities

Engage business stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
Analyze existing processes and recommend Oracle Fusion solutions.
Bridge communication between business users and technical teams.
Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation.
Support testing, training, change management, and go-live activities.
Ensure successful delivery of Oracle Fusion enhancement and transformation projects.
Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Fusion certifications.
Experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs.
Experience working in multinational environments.
