(Degrees from top-tier domestic/global universities or an MBA preferred). - Experience: 20+ years of total
professional experience, with proven track record as a head/leader of
large-scale MD or product-related organizations (e.g., Head of Division,
Business Unit Head). - Core Competencies: o Substantial P&L Ownership: Must have
direct accountability for business revenue and profitability with proven
achievements, rather than merely acting as a project leader or supporting
function. o Hybrid Channel Understanding: Deep
insight into multi-faceted retail dynamics gained through cross-functional
career transitions across major brick-and-mortar retail, large-scale
e-commerce, and brand manufacturers. o Mass Category Leadership: Proven
experience in integrated management of mainstream, mass-market categories
(Food, Living, Lifestyle, etc.), rather than being limited to a specific niche
category. o Media/Live Commerce Receptivity: Deep
understanding of and positive vision for live-broadcast-based commerce
mechanisms, platform margin layouts, and programming/scheduling structures. o Soft Skills: Strong vendor networking and
field-sales execution capabilities, combined with the ability to manage
organizational change through horizontal, rational, and open communication. - Preferred Career Patterns & Tracks: o Professionals who built a solid
foundation in product/brand management at global or major domestic FMCG
(Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) brands, subsequently transitioned to
online/offline retail, and successfully led practical growth and
transformation. o Professionals who possess both strategic
consulting experience specialized in the consumer goods/retail sector and
practical execution capabilities in the field.
o Forward-thinking leaders with an open
mind toward business expansion through AX (AI Transformation) and digital
platform innovation, rather than settling for traditional commerce models |
