1. Commercial Performance Support & Decision Making
Monitor and analyze Brand P&L and Store P&L performance across Group brands.
Provide financial insights on sales, margin, profitability, store productivity, and business performance to the Finance Director and senior stakeholders.
2. Financial Planning & Forecasting (NOP / Budget / Forecast)
Support and coordinate NOP, budget, forecast, and planning processes from a business finance perspective.
Prepare and consolidate net sales planning inputs across brands and channels.
3. OPEX Management
Monitor and analyze commercial OPEX by brand, function, and key cost category.
Support budget control and spending discipline through regular review and variance analysis.
