Providing full spectrum of HR activities while partnering with Retail including Store Team aligned

with Our business and HR strategy.


- Act as the primary HR partner for Retail, providing end-to-end HR support across talent acquisition, compensation, development, and employee relations

- Provide HR values and professional advice by partnership with Retail to ensure business effectiveness and agility.

- Work closely with Retail and Store team to algin HR strategy and build on overall strengths of HR capabilities and process in Retail.

- Ensure that the end-to-end life cycle of an employee is maintained and improved from induction programs to exit process with HR team members of each part.

- Advise and supervise HR budgeting, periodic reports and analysis, and management of the personnel costs for Retail.


[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

- Bachelor¡¯s degree or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent.

- Minimum 10 year progressively responsible HR generalist experience within a fast paced,matrix managed multi-national organization ideally from high-end fashion, retail, or service industries.

- Good all-round hands-on experience of HR systems, policies, employment laws, programs, and practices in KOREA with an understanding of culture and possess a global mindset.

- Articulated and effective communicator with good presentation skills and analytical skills

- Fluent in English
