[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] • Manage project cost control activities including budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting. • Track and analyze project costs (materials, labor, subcontractors, and equipment) and report variances. • Identify cost trends, potential overruns, and recommend corrective actions. • Prepare cost reports, dashboards, and cash flow forecasts for management review. • Review and assess cost impacts of contracts, change orders, and purchase orders. • Coordinate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams on cost-related matters. • Ensure proper documentation and control of all project financial data

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] °æ·Â: °æ·Â 4~15³â ÇзÂ: ´ëÁ¹ Á÷¹«±â¼ú: EPC, LNG, OFFSHORE, fsru ±âŸ: • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Cost Controller in EPC, LNG, ohshore/offshore, or FSRU projects. • Proven experience in project cost tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting. • Experience in preparing and analyzing cost forecasts, cash flows, and earned value reports. • Hands-on experience coordinating with project managers, engineers, procurement, and finance teams for cost management. • Experience reviewing contracts, change orders, and procurement documents for cost impact and alignment with budget. • Familiarity with project management systems, cost control methodologies, and reporting standards. • Prior exposure to multi-disciplinary engineering and construction projects with responsibility for accurate cost documentation and traceability.
